With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and public health expert, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals transform their relationship with food. From global humanitarian efforts to one-on-one patient care, I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition impacts health, well-being, and quality of life.
My approach? A patient-centered, intuitive eating model that ditches restrictive diets and focuses on sustainable, evidence-based habits.
