As a mom and registered dietitian, I learned that feeding little kids is tricky. However, they consume more meals when they are involved in the cooking process. I consider a hands on approach to nutrition. I work with clients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Diamond Partlow is a registered dietitian and has a masters of science in applied nutrition from Lamar University. She is a certified specialist in geriatric nutrition as well. In 2023, she founded Mini Master Chef. With over 10 years of experience in the field in nutrition she has work in variety of settings, from hospitals, home care, nursing homes, etc.
