Deletra is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. She received a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Radford University,a Masters degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science. She completed a dietetic internship with a clinical emphasis. She has worked as a nutrition professional for ten years.She believes in making healthy eating/living approachable and inclusive. She approaches each client as an individual and meets clients where they are. She is excited to support clients to become the best version of themselves. She spent most of her nutrition career working with older adults with chronic conditions and educating diverse communities on various healthy eating topics. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for hunger relief organizations, concert going, podcasting, and experimenting with new recipes.
