Background

As a registered and licensed dietitian with over 25 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping people develop a relationship with food and their bodies. Clients working with me can expect a supportive, judgement free space where their individual needs, preferences, and goals are  respected. I take time to truly listen so we can build realistic and personalized strategies that promote lasting change.

My focus areas include general wellness, weight management, mindful and intuitive eating, active lifestyles, diabetes education and counseling, and chronic disease prevention. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to take small, meaningful steps toward long-term health. Whether you are seeking more energy, improving eating habits, or a more balanced approach to food, I'll meet you where you are at, and help you move forward at your own pace.

I earned my degree in nutrition and dietetics and have held national credentials as an RD and state licensure for over two decades. What motivates me is seeing my clients reclaim their confidence and feel empowered in their choices regarding food and lifestyle choices.

Outside of work, I am an avid runner and biker, and I love being outdoors. Staying active helps me stay grounded, and I encourage my clients to find movement they truly enjoy. I also value time with my family and believe that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, as well as something that brings people together.

I became a dietitian because I've always believed that nutrition has the power to transform lives; not through fads or quick fixes, but through sustainable, personalized guidance. Starting my own private practice will allow me to work more deeply with clients, helping them navigate their journeys towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle on their own terms.
