My focus areas include general wellness, weight management, mindful and intuitive eating, active lifestyles, diabetes education and counseling, and chronic disease prevention. I earned my degree in nutrition and dietetics and have held national credentials as an RD and state licensure for over two decades. What motivates me is seeing my clients reclaim their confidence and feel empowered in their choices regarding food and lifestyle choices.
Outside of work, I am an avid runner and biker, and I love being outdoors. Staying active helps me stay grounded, and I encourage my clients to find movement they truly enjoy. I also value time with my family and believe that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, as well as something that brings people together.
I became a dietitian because I've always believed that nutrition has the power to transform lives; not through fads or quick fixes, but through sustainable, personalized guidance. Starting my own private practice will allow me to work more deeply with clients, helping them navigate their journeys towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle on their own terms.
