I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years experience.  I am committed to helping individuals achieve sustainable, long-term weight loss through a comprehensive approach that integrates nutrition education, lifestyle modifications, movement, accountability, and mindset support. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and knowledge to develop a healthy relationship with food, improve their overall well-being, and create lasting habits that become second nature.

Rather than promoting restrictive diets, I emphasize balanced, evidence-based nutrition that supports both physical and mental well-being. I believe in progress over perfection, helping clients find a realistic and enjoyable way to nourish their bodies while still incorporating the foods they love.

My approach also prioritizes gut health and its connection to mental health, recognizing the profound impact of the gut-brain axis on mood, digestion, and overall vitality. By incorporating nutrient-dense, gut-supporting foods, I help clients optimize their digestion, enhance their mental clarity, and improve emotional balance.

Through personalized guidance, I support clients not only in reaching their weight loss goals but also in maintaining their results long-term, fostering a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.  A few fun facts about me - I grew up outside of Philadelphia, Pa and moved to southern California in my early 20's.  I love warm weather, reading, being outdoors, hiking, strength training, and spending time with my two teenagers (when they are open to it;).
