I am an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist, certified specialist in eating disorders and sports dietetics, exercise physiologist, educator, researcher, parent, and life-long learner who is committed to people's journey towards a supportive and trusting relationship with food, eating, movement, and body.

Eating competence is a measurable construct characterized by being positive, comfortable, attuned, and flexible with eating as well as practical and reliable about getting enough to eat of enjoyable and nourishing food.

My body-inclusive work focuses on cultivating eating competence in people with dysfunctional eating behaviors such as compulsive or dissociative eating, over-exercising, or food restriction due to orthorexia, chronic dieting, and poor body image.
