I’ve been a registered dietitian for 20 years and hold a master’s degree in nutrition, but my passion for this work started long before my professional career. Over the years, I’ve specialized in gut health, inflammation, women’s health, autoimmune conditions, and healthy weight management — always with the goal of helping people feel better from the inside out.
My approach is functional and holistic, meaning I look at the whole picture — your diet, lifestyle, health history, and daily habits — to uncover the factors that may be affecting your energy, mood, and overall well-being. I believe that food is medicine, but I also believe it should be enjoyable, flexible, and deeply personal.
Outside of my work, I’m an active professional, a mom, and an animal lover. I understand the challenges of balancing a busy life while still making time for your health. That’s why I work with you to find a way of eating that not only supports healing but also fits your unique tastes and lifestyle.
