I am a Registered Dietitian and a PhD researcher dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their health through evidence-based, personalized nutrition care. My work is grounded in scientific rigor, clinical experience, and a deep respect for the real-world contexts in which people make health decisions.
I support clients across a range of goals, including weight management, diabetes care, autoimmune conditions, and nutrition for preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as those simply seeking to feel better and more resilient in their daily lives. My approach emphasizes sustainable behavior change rather than quick fixes, and is tailored to each person’s medical history, preferences, values, and life circumstances.
I hold a Master’s degree from Columbia University, completed my Dietetic Internship at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and earned a Doctorate in Public Health (PhD). In practice, I draw from a range of tools—such as lab interpretation, supplement management, elimination protocols when appropriate, meal planning, intuitive eating, motivational interviewing, and collaborative goal-setting—to develop plans that are both practical and clinically sound.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I work in partnership with clients to determine which strategies are most appropriate and effective for their unique needs. My goal is to help make nutrition a supportive, integrated part of life—one that promotes long-term health, confidence, and well-being.
