Background

Hi! I am a registered and licensed dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition Education and over eight years of experience helping individuals build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. Before transitioning into private practice, I worked in hospitals, rehabilitation and long-term care, and corporate wellness. For the past five years, I’ve specialized in virtual, one-on-one nutrition counseling, which allows me to meet clients where they are—literally and figuratively.

My counseling style blends evidence-based care with compassion, behavior change strategies, and mindful eating practices. I work primarily with adults and families and have experience in areas ranging from eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, and sports nutrition to chronic disease prevention and management. I practice from a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed lens and strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

As a working mom myself, I understand the challenges of trying to nourish yourself and your family amid a busy life. I’m passionate about helping parents raise intuitive, confident eaters and offer real-life, sustainable strategies. Whether you're hoping to improve your own relationship with food or create a more peaceful food environment at home, I’m here to support you with practical tools in a judgment free environment.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—cross-country skiing, hiking, or walking in nature with my young one and our dog. In the kitchen, I enjoy creating meals that are both nourishing and satisfying. I also value rest and movement—through reading, yoga, strength training, and sleep—and encourage my clients to explore what self-care looks like for them.

Most of all, I believe progress isn’t linear, and that’s okay. Real change happens in the ups and downs, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward goals that truly matter to you.

If you’re looking for a provider who will listen, collaborate, and guide you with warmth and respect—let’s get started. I’d be honored to support you.
