Christine Kim is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a decade of experience in clinical nutrition and personalized counseling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science from California State University, Northridge, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Christine is also bilingual and fluent in Korean, and is happy to provide nutrition counseling in Korean.
Christine’s experiences lie mainly in inpatient hospital care and telehealth, giving her a strong clinical foundation and the ability to support individuals across a wide range of health needs. Her primary areas of focus include weight management, pregnancy/postpartum nutrition, PCOS, preventative care, healthy aging, and nutrition therapy for chronic conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, Celiac's, hypertension, and IBD/IBS.
She believes in realistic, long-term change rather than quick fixes. She believes nutrition should be achievable, personalized, culturally sensitive, and rooted in science, not trends. She works closely with each client to create tailored strategies that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. Her sessions are collaborative and supportive, emphasizing habit-building, accountability, and consistency while allowing room for life’s challenges.
Christine strives to create an environment where clients feel genuinely listened to and supported. She approaches her work with both clinical expertise and compassion, helping clients improve their relationship with food and build routines that promote lasting physical and mental well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Christine is a wife and a mother of four. She enjoys cooking, baking, sharing meals with family, staying active, and above all, connecting with people through food and nutrition. She looks forward to partnering with you on your health journey.
