Hey there! I’m Christina — a South Florida–born Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people ditch diet culture and fall back in love with food. I became a dietitian because I truly believe food is powerful — not just in preventing and managing chronic illness, but in helping us live fuller, happier lives. When I became pregnant in 2020, everything shifted. I found myself on the other side of the nutrition world, overwhelmed by mixed messages and a serious lack of support for women and children. That’s when I made it my mission to change the system from the inside out.

Today, my focus is simple: take the stress out of eating, heal relationships with food, and remove the unnecessary rules we’ve all been taught to follow. Because guess what — you can eat the cake (and enjoy every bite).

Good nutrition shouldn’t mean counting calories, living off salad, or feeling guilty for loving food. To me, it’s about making small, sustainable changes that feel good in your real life — while still ordering fries because you love fries. My goal is always to empower you, simplify eating, and show up as your judgment-free, straight-talking dietitian friend. Trust me… I love to eat — and yogurt and lettuce aren’t my love language.
