Meet Chelsi Webster, PhD, RDN, CD\
Hi! I’m Dr. Chelsi Webster, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve freedom in their lives by integrating nutrition from a holistic perspective. I grew up in rural Wisconsin and earned my bachelor’s degree in dietetics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I then completed my PhD in nutritional sciences at Texas Tech University, specializing in clinical weight management under the guidance of Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar, one of the world’s foremost obesity researchers. With a personal and professional background in functional medicine, I blend the best of Western and integrative nutrition with neuroscience principles to help my clients thrive.
What to Expect\
My mission is to guide you toward a joyful, peaceful, free, and healed life, with personalized strategies rooted in evidence-based nutrition and neuroscience. In our sessions, I’ll work with you to identify subconscious blocks that are keeping you stuck and provide targeted, immediately implementable, practical tools that empower you to see lasting change. We will develop a personalized program that supports you in becoming the healthiest, most integrated version of yourself, whether you’re managing weight, navigating digestive concerns, addressing autoimmune issues, or seeking to optimize longevity.
My Focus Areas \
I specialize in weight management; digestive disorders (of which I’m unfortunately all too personally familiar); autoimmune diseases; diabetes; mental health; metabolic syndrome; sports nutrition; and healthy aging. Each issue is just one piece of the puzzle – I aim to honor the human person as a whole and ensure that whatever approach we take leads to better overall quality of life.
Credentials and Experience\
I have years of experience working with clients in clinical, research, and integrative settings, with a focus on weight management and functional medicine. I’ve worked alongside top professionals in the field and use this expertise to bring the best care possible to my clients.
A Little About Me \
Outside my practice, you can find me working out, experimenting in the kitchen, or serving in my community. I love spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, and constantly learning new ways to help people heal.
I became a dietitian because nutrition is one of the most empowering tools we have to heal, grow, and flourish. I’m excited to help you on your wellness journey!
My ideal client wants to use food as medicine and explore root causes of health concerns from a top-down approach. They approach the wellness journey with humility, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Together, we investigate what's going on under the surface, investigating old patterns and what drives them. What sets me apart is my holistic perspective grounded in evidence-based practice and neuroscience, which leads to lasting change.
