Hi, I’m Chelsea, a registered dietitian and board certified health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health and feel better in their bodies. My approach blends science-backed strategies with lifestyle coaching to support real-life change that lasts.
I work with clients navigating gut health challenges, metabolic concerns like prediabetes or insulin resistance, hormonal shifts including perimenopause and menopause, and those simply wanting more energy and ease in daily life. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on building sustainable habits, not perfection.
Before starting my private practice, I led health coaching and nutrition programs within healthcare and corporate settings. These experiences shaped how I work today, bringing compassion, curiosity, and practical tools to every session. I know change can be hard, and my goal is to make it feel doable, not overwhelming.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two boys and a lifelong athlete. As a competitive runner and sub 2:50 marathoner, I understand the demands of balancing performance, health, and everyday life. I love being outdoors and cooking meals that feel both nourishing and satisfying—and I help others find that same joy in food and movement.
I became a dietitian because I believe nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve health and quality of life. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward a version of health that feels sustainable and meaningful to you.
