Hi, I’m Celina Bowman, MS, RDN, LDN—a registered dietitian with nearly three years of clinical experience and a passion for helping people build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. I take a holistic, client-centered approach. I love creating realistic, achievable goals and truly taking the time to listen and understand each person’s unique story and relationship with food.
Before becoming a dietitian, I trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts and worked for several years as a chef in some amazing restaurants, as a personal chef, and by leading cooking classes. That experience taught me how powerful food can be—not just for nourishment, but for joy, connection, and healing. I bring that same spirit into my work as a dietitian, blending evidence-based guidance with real-life culinary skills.
I earned bachelors degree from Alabama A&M and my master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I believe food should support your health without feeling restrictive—and that progress is what truly matters.
Outside of work, you can usually find me hiking with my puppy; Winston or trying new restaurants and foods. I especially love Asian cuisine. I’m always excited to explore new flavors and dishes.
