Hi, I’m Cassi—a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people fuel their bodies and their lives with purpose, flexibility, and zero judgment.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Northern Arizona University, where I also competed as a Division I cross country and track athlete. I went on to complete my master’s in Nutrition at Grand Canyon University, and founded Steadfast Fueling—a practice rooted in helping you stay grounded, fueled, and consistent through all of life’s seasons.
My passion lies in sports nutrition, where it all began. I’ve worked with NAU athletes, spoken to high school teams, and supported athletes one-on-one—and I truly get the lifestyle. I also understand the tough transition from competitive sports to life after athletics: the 9-to-5 grind, changing priorities, and learning how to care for your body in a new way. I’ve lived it—and I’m here to help others navigate it with clarity and compassion.
While athletics is my specialty, I currently work in an outpatient setting, where I support a wide range of clients—including those navigating pregnancy and postpartum, pediatric nutrition, weight concerns, diabetes, kidney disease, and more. This work has deepened my belief that nutrition should adapt to your real life, not the other way around. Whether you’re training for performance, managing a health condition, or just trying to eat well amid a busy life, my approach stays the same: flexible, realistic, and 100% judgment-free.
At Steadfast Fueling, it’s not about perfection—it’s about consistency, support, and fueling the life you want to live.
"My approach is real-world rooted: flexible, realistic, and designed to move with you, not against you. No extremes, no rigid rules—just sustainable habits built around how you actually live. I focus on mindful goal-setting, the natural ebb and flow of motivation, and creating a relationship with food that supports your lifestyle—not hijacks it. It's always a no-judgment zone—because progress looks different for everyone, and that’s okay."
