As a trauma-informed Registered Dietitian, I specialize in supporting women to heal their relationship with food and their bodies after years of chronic dieting and self-criticism. Using a gentle, non-diet, client-led approach, I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, build trust with food, and cultivate sustainable habits rooted in self-compassion—not restriction. My work is collaborative, judgment-free, and designed to help you feel more confident, peaceful, and at home in your body during each season of life.
Beyond my clinical training, I bring real-life understanding to this work. I’m a mother of three, married to a busy business owner, and I continue to work as a Registered Dietitian in long-term care—where for over 20 years I’ve supported older adults and caregivers in creating dignity, nourishment, and meaningful quality of life. Like many of the women I serve, I’m also navigating my own evolving relationship with health, including the realities of perimenopause, body changes, and the ongoing practice of self-compassion after a personal history with disordered eating and body image struggles. These experiences deepen my empathy and allow me to meet you not from a place of perfection, but from shared humanity, understanding, and genuine care.
I help women break free from chronic dieting and years of body criticism. As a trauma-informed Registered Dietitian, I use a non-diet, compassionate approach to help you rebuild trust with food, feel at peace in your body, and create sustainable habits that actually fit your life—without rules, guilt, or restriction.
