I’m a Registered Dietitian with experience in both clinical nutrition and performance nutrition for collegiate and professional athletes. My diverse background allows me to help clients optimize their health, energy, and overall well-being—whether that means managing a medical condition, improving performance, or simply feeling their best day to day.
Currently, I work as a Clinical Dietitian, where I support individuals with a range of health needs including weight management, chronic disease prevention, and medical nutrition therapy. My approach is evidence-based yet realistic, focusing on building sustainable habits and a healthy relationship with food.
I believe nutrition should empower—not restrict. I enjoy helping clients cut through the noise of conflicting health advice to find strategies that truly work for their unique goals and lifestyle. Outside of work, I stay active, love trying new coffee shops, and am always learning more about how food impacts both body and mind.
