“Helping adults achieve lasting gut, hormone, and metabolic health — no quick fixes, just real results.”
I help adults struggling with digestive issues, hormone imbalances, and chronic conditions improve symptoms and feel more confident with their nutrition — without extreme diets, quick fixes, or unrealistic restrictions. Many clients come to me dealing with bloating, IBS symptoms, PCOS, blood sugar fluctuations, or confusing nutrition advice and want a realistic, long-term plan that fits into daily life.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master’s degree in Nutrition (MS) and New York State credentialing (CDN). As a registered dietitian, I have completed graduate-level education, supervised clinical training, and national board examinations, and I provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. I’m a Registered Dietitian working full-time in a hospital-based outpatient clinic and offering part-time nutrition counseling to private clients. My hospital experience allows me to work closely with lab values, medications, and complex medical histories. I hold multiple state licenses, allowing me to offer telehealth nutrition counseling to clients across state lines where permitted. Because I see private clients part-time, appointment availability is limited and spots tend to fill quickly.
Clients I work with often notice reduced bloating and digestive discomfort, steadier energy, improved blood sugar control, and greater confidence around food choices. Rather than short-term diets, we focus on sustainable nutrition strategies and lifestyle changes that can be maintained long-term, supporting gut health, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and individualized — not one-size-fits-all. I guide clients toward real, lasting results through structured, achievable changes, while creating a supportive, judgment-free space where they feel heard, empowered, and confident in their food decisions.
My co-workers are 3 cats (2 Mainecoons and 1 mixed). They might pop out from time to time and say hello.
My approach to nutrition therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I begin by listening to understand each person’s goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food. Together, we create flexible, realistic strategies that fit their life. I focus on education, skill-building, and support so clients gain confidence, make informed choices, and develop sustainable, positive habits for long-term health and well-being.
