I am a CCS-paneled dietitian, with clinical experience in just about every population you can think of. Most recently, I work with neonatal and pediatric populations, but also have years-long experience with hospitalized adults (including with psychiatric disorders) and skilled nursing residents. When you meet with me, you can expect me to draw on this experience and on evidence to help guide you toward your health goals. I am a busy mom when I am not working. I love escaping to the mountains, cycling, kickboxing, and gathering people around a table for a meal and games.
