A bit about me, I'm an honest, empathetic, and driven dietitian that has a lot of worldly experience. I'm 40, a Mom to a small human, I work two jobs, and I understand how difficult change can be, especially in a busy environment. I have a total of 18 years' experience in the medical field. Expect our session to be casual, sometimes fun, and always in a non-judgmental safe space. My goal for you is overall health and wellness, expect to get deep!
