Background

Hi! My name is Brianna! I am 8 years into my career as a dietitian and have loved every bit of it. My path to become a dietitian was a bit longer than most as it started with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, then a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and then finally a Master’s in Human Nutrition. In the early years of my career, I gained valuable experience working as an ICU dietitian and as a renal dietitian. However, for the past 3 years, I have focused exclusively on helping women heal their metabolism to reach their goals of either weight loss, weight gain, improving body composition or improving their overall health, in a sustainable way.

In my personal life, I find joy in spending quality time with my loved ones, reading a good book with a cup of coffee or tea, or enjoying my guilty pleasure of reality TV centered around love, relationships, baking or home renovations. I also thoroughly enjoy dog-sitting for my brother and getting in my dog fix. When I'm not indoors, you'll likely find me exploring the great outdoors through hiking or enjoying leisurely walks, as well as engaging in weightlifting to stay active and strong.

When you choose to work with me, expect an open and honest dialogue. I encourage you to ask questions, as I firmly believe that knowledge is the key to empowerment. My ultimate goal is to equip you with the education, confidence, and tools necessary to take charge of your health journey. However, I also recognize that true transformation requires commitment and action on your part. Together, we will form a partnership where I serve as the nutrition expert, but you remain the expert on your own life. Through collaboration and personalized goal-setting, we will pave the way for attainable, sustainable progress.
