I'm a Registered Dietitian working in the greater Philadelphia area. I help clients improve their health through sustainable dietary changes and a better understanding of their unique nutritional needs.
I received my bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from West Chester University. During this time, I focused on chronic disease management and had a particular interest in the treatment of food sensitivities and gastrointestinal conditions.
I went on to pursue a master’s in public health with a concentration in nutrition at West Chester University. My time in graduate school helped me to better understand the social, economic, and environmental factors that impact a person’s food choices and overall health. I bring this broader perspective into my counseling and look at a wide range of factors that affect a person’s health behaviors.
Before starting my private practice, I worked as a research dietitian for the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). My work as a research dietitian focused on behavior change and weight management.
"With my background in scientific research and community health, I combine evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, client-centered approach. I specialize in chronic disease management, gastrointestinal conditions, and nutrition behavior therapy. I help clients improve their health by making a change, one meal at a time."
