I’ve worked extensively with weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular health, sports nutrition, and gut health, but I’m comfortable with a wide range of concerns. I’m also passionate about helping you prevent issues and optimize your health by improving sleep, fitness, and diet—even if you’re already feeling great.

With a Master’s in Nutrition from NYU and certification as a personal trainer, I combine my education and experience to offer thoughtful, evidence-based care. I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and find joy in building meaningful relationships along the way. My interest in nutrition stems from my love for fitness and optimizing health.
