As a Registered Dietitian and NASM-certified personal trainer, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women build sustainable, balanced lifestyles that support both physical and mental well-being. With a foundation in evidence-based nutrition and functional movement, I’m here to guide you beyond quick fixes—toward long-term habits that actually stick.

My approach is personalized and holistic. I take time to get to know your story, your challenges, and your “why.” Whether your goal is to gain strength, improve energy, heal your relationship with food, or simply feel more confident in your body, I’m here to support and empower you at every step. I believe that small, consistent actions can lead to powerful, lasting change.

Outside of coaching, I’m someone who genuinely loves learning, moving, and my family life. You’ll often find me lifting, hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, geeking out over all things health, and spending time with my husband, 3 kiddos(I'm a member of the lucky few club!) and my fur-baby Willow. I bring curiosity and energy into my work—always evolving and growing alongside my clients.
