Background

I’m a foodie at heart, passionate about helping women and families feel their best from the inside out.

I’m a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across all stages of life. My background includes general nutrition therapy in adult settings, supporting clients with heart disease, diabetes, IBS/IBD, and other chronic conditions. Over time, my work expanded into pediatrics, where I’ve helped families navigate picky eating, failure to thrive, food sensitivities and allergies, and more.

My own journey with hormone and fertility challenges deepened my calling to support women in uncovering the root causes of their symptoms and reclaiming their energy, cycles, and confidence — particularly those living with Endometriosis and PCOS.

Along the way, I’ve also found great joy in supporting parents as they nourish their little ones, helping children grow, thrive, and build healthy habits from the very beginning. I’m equally passionate about walking alongside women through the pregnancy and postpartum seasons, offering nourishment and support during these transformative phases of life.

Whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts, fertility concerns, pregnancy & postpartum seasons, or mealtime struggles at home, my goal is to help you find balance, healing, and joy in the way you nourish your body and your family.

Making food both nourishing and enjoyable. My focus is to help women and families find balance and joy in the way they nourish their bodies. Through gentle, evidence-based nutrition, I support women navigating hormone or fertility challenges, postpartum recovery, and overall wellness, as well as parents seeking guidance for their child’s growth and nutrition. My goal is to help you build lasting, healthy habits and a peaceful relationship with food — so you and your family can truly thrive.
