Hi, I’m Bailey Oliver, MS, RDN, LD, the Registered Dietitian behind In Bloom Nutrition. I specialize in helping women find balance with food, have more energy, and support overall health so they can feel their best from the inside out.
My approach is rooted in whole-food nutrition, lifestyle balance, and compassionate care. Whether you’re navigating disordered eating, PCOS, postpartum changes, or digestive issues, I meet you where you are and help create sustainable strategies that fit into your life—not the other way around. I believe nutrition should empower you, not overwhelm you, and I’m passionate about helping my clients build confidence in their relationship with food and their bodies.
A little about me: I completed both my undergraduate degree in Nutrition Dietetics and my master’s in Nutrition Science at Auburn University, where I also finished my dietetic internship. My own journey with food, body image, and balance inspired me to become a dietitian, and now I’m grateful to walk alongside other women on their paths to wellness.
Outside of work, you can usually find me cooking and baking new healthy recipes, going for a run or pilates class, cheering on Auburn sports, or on a walk with my fiancé. My goal is to provide not only expert guidance but also encouragement and accountability so you can bloom into the healthiest version of yourself.
"I empower women to find balance, energy, and support overall health through a whole-food, individualized approach. My style is warm, bubbly, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are, blending evidence-based nutrition with practical lifestyle shifts. What sets me apart is my focus on helping women “bloom from the inside out,” building confidence and freedom in their relationship with food and their bodies."
