Background

Working with me is a collaborative and supportive experience rooted in evidence-based care and real-life sustainability. I am a Registered Dietitian with the Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM) credential, specializing in weight loss, metabolic health, and long-term behavior change. I’ve helped clients improve key health markers such as blood sugar, cholesterol, and body composition while building confidence around food and eating patterns that actually fit their lives.

In addition to metabolic and weight management nutrition, I have experience working with athletes preparing for endurance events and recreational sports, providing personalized guidance on fueling, hydration, performance, and recovery. This dual background allows me to support both health and performance goals through a balanced, practical lens.

I bring over 10 years of military experience into my practice, which has allowed me to live and train in diverse environments and experience a wide range of food cultures. This background shaped my appreciation for flexibility, structure, and adaptability—skills I use to help clients navigate busy schedules, life transitions, and evolving health needs with confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching cycling classes at my local CycleBar, getting lost in a jaw-dropping thriller on Audible, and experimenting with new recipes I find on Pinterest. If you’re ready to improve your health, metabolism, and relationship with food—without extremes—I’d love to work with you to create a realistic roadmap toward your goals.

Approach

My approach is client-centered, non-restrictive, and focused on metabolic health rather than quick fixes. I believe healthy eating should support your life, not control it. As a CSOWM-certified dietitian, I specialize in sustainable weight loss while supporting hormones, blood sugar regulation, appetite control, and overall health—especially for those who feel stuck. My goal is to help you feel confident in your choices, understand your body, and build habits that lead to lasting progress.
