Hi, I’m Ashlee Romine, a functional and holistic dietitian passionate about helping women restore balance to their hormones, support fertility, and experience healthy, joyful pregnancies. In my other roles as a dietitian, I focus on pediatrics — guiding moms on how to nourish and care for their developmentally delayed and complex babies (ages 0–3). I’ve always loved working with children and feel deeply called to help women build the foundation for raising healthy, thriving families.
I’ve been working in the functional medicine space for over three years and bring a root-cause, whole-body approach to every session. My philosophy centers on what we can add back in to support your hormones — not what we have to take away. I love teaching women about detox pathways, gut health, estrogen metabolism, and liver detox. Living with pain-free periods and balanced hormones is possible, and it’s my mission to help more women experience that freedom and joy.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics and have completed over 1,000 hours of supervised internship experience across diverse settings — including clinical nutrition, community programs addressing food insecurity, and hands-on work teaching meal prep and gardening.
In my free time, you’ll find me outdoors — hiking, rock climbing, or paddleboarding. I also love all things cooking, from brewing my own kombucha and kefir to experimenting with new recipes. And I love to garden! Growing your own food is so empowering, and if you ever need gardening tips — I’m your girl. 🌱
"I help women restore hormone balance, support fertility, and feel their best through a functional, root-cause approach. My focus is on what we can add back in—nutrients, habits, and rhythms that naturally support your hormones without restriction. My goal is to help every woman experience pain-free periods, balanced hormones, and the ability to grow healthy, happy babies."
