Ariella, founder of Evolve Nutrition, empowers individuals to achieve optimal health through her innovative approach to nutrition. Ariella guides her clients in breaking free from restrictive dieting by focusing on intuitive eating. Her specialties include weight management, PCOS, thyroid disorders, and menopause. Through a holistic approach, she helps her clients develop sustainable habits, and a positive relationship with food and their bodies. With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Macaulay Honors College, Ariella is dedicated to supporting her clientele in achieving a more balanced, loving, and nourishing connection with themselves and food.
Ariella's journey to becoming a Dietitian began with her own personal struggle. As a child, she faced the challenges of being overweight, feeling self-conscious and disconnected from her body. But as she grew older, she discovered the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle changes. Through trial and error, she learned to nourish her body with whole foods, cultivate mindful eating habits, and prioritize self-care.
When she became a mother, Ariella's motivation to maintain a healthy relationship with food and her body grew stronger. She wanted to model a positive body image for her daughter, showing her what it means to love and respect one's body, rather than trying to control or change it.
Ariella's personal experience has given her a unique empathy and understanding for her clients' struggles. She knows firsthand the emotional toll of body dissatisfaction and the frustration of trying fad diets. But she also knows the joy of finding freedom from restrictive eating and embracing a balanced, loving relationship with food and her body. Based in New York City, she balances her thriving career with family life, alongside her husband and baby.
"As a dietitian, I believe that feeling good is a journey, not a destination. It's about building a positive relationship with food and your body, and making informed choices. I shift the focus from dieting and restriction to mindful eating and proper nourishment. Whether you're navigating nutrition for a chronic disease, dealing with GI issues, seeking ways to boost your energy, or simply trying to help your family to eat healthier, I am here to support you."
