Kate is passionate about combining the science of nutrition with real-life, personalized solutions that empower individuals to feel their best. She believes food should support both physical health and quality of life, and she’s committed to helping her patients navigate their wellness journey with empathy, education, and evidence-based strategies.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Science degree through the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Texas at Austin. Eager to build a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, she began her career at the Promedica Healthcare System in Toledo, Ohio, where she gained valuable experience working with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. After relocating to Colorado, Kate transitioned into outpatient counseling, where she deepened her work in digestive health and inflammation-related disorders. She became a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) to support individuals dealing with IBS, IBD, celiac disease, migraines, and other autoimmune-related symptoms.
With over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Kate brings both clinical knowledge and compassionate care to her practice. She values collaborative relationships with her clients and aims to create practical, sustainable plans that work in the real world—never one-size-fits-all.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys exploring Colorado’s trails, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her family. She is driven by a genuine desire to help others reconnect with food in a way that promotes health, confidence, and balance.
