Meet Anna, your Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Support Specialist
Have you ever felt like your body is trying to tell you something, but you’re not quite sure what? That’s where I come in.
I’m Anna Boswell, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) with over five years of experience helping people feel nourished, informed, and confident in their bodies again. My specialty is translating complex nutrition science into simple, sustainable strategies that fit your real life.
I work with individuals seeking support for a wide range of goals, from improving gut health, managing chronic conditions, and optimizing energy, to navigating medical nutrition needs such as tube feeding or recovery after surgery. My approach is personalized, practical, and rooted in evidence-based care. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your body’s needs, your lifestyle, and your long-term health.
Think of me as your nutrition co-pilot. I help you navigate everyday challenges around food, health, and habits with clarity and compassion. Whether your goal is to feel better, heal better, or simply understand your body on a deeper level, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

A Little About Me
I became a dietitian after volunteering as a medical interpreter in Nicaragua, where I saw firsthand how deeply nutrition impacts chronic disease. I originally planned to attend medical school, but during my pre-med studies focused on dietetics, I fell in love with the holistic and preventative approach that nutrition provides.
Outside of work, I love experimenting in the kitchen, making sourdough and butter from scratch, and exploring new creative projects. I also enjoy spending time with animals and even pet sitting for fun. I lived in Norway for a year and discovered a passion for exploring food and culture wherever I go.
