Background
I'm Angela, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Health Coach. I'm from Canada but now live in Fort Collins, Colorado.
What You Can Expect From Our Sessions
I help people nourish their bodies, heal their relationship with food, and build habits that support lasting wellbeing. My work is grounded in care and connection—because true change starts with feeling seen and supported.
Every client’s journey is unique, so I take time to understand your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and aligned with what matters most to you—blending nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset. My role is to empower and encourage you, meeting you with compassion while celebrating progress over perfection.
When you work with me, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard. I take a flexible, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your needs and readiness for change. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up and appreciate my genuine care for them as whole people. Our sessions are both lighthearted and impactful—balancing reflection with actionable guidance to build confidence, calm anxiety, reclaim energy, and move past limiting beliefs.
Drawing from both lived experience and scientific expertise, I meet you where you are with empathy and curiosity—helping you create lasting, meaningful change.
My Focus Areas
I specialize in helping clients who are tired of feeling confused and unempowered in their own bodies. Whether you're done with diets, looking to build a better relationship with food, or wanting to feel truly empowered in your health journey, I'm here to support you!
My credentials and background
I have a Master’s in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and am certified as an Intuitive Eating Counselor, with additional training in body image support. My background in biochemistry, microbiology, and
immunology helps me bridge the science of how the body works with the lived experience of nourishing it. I’ve supported clients through Dietitian Live using weight-inclusive, behavior-based approaches that promote lasting lifestyle change—not quick fixes. Before that, I supported pregnant and postpartum women and young children in improving their relationship with food and building sustainable habits for lifelong wellbeing. I provided personalized nutrition and breastfeeding support, helped clients align their goals with their values, and empowered them to make lasting changes in their health. I’ve taken culinary classes around the world and lived in Korea and Saudi Arabia, experiences that gave me a deeper appreciation for how culture shapes our relationship with
food.
A Little About Me Personally
When I’m not working or spending time with family and friends, you’ll find me on a yoga mat or walking with a podcast, or experimenting with new recipes.
Why This Work is Important to Me
My own experience with disordered eating shapes the work I do today. I know firsthand the anxiety, mental exhaustion, and disconnection that come from restrictive food rules. I also know that healing is possible—through rebuilding trust, tackling the root causes of your struggles with food, and honoring your body’s needs.
"I bring a blend of empathy and evidence-based practice to my work, creating a space where you feel understood and supported. Drawing from both my personal and professional experience, I help you uncover what’s driving your patterns with food and guide you toward lasting change."
