Background

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science with a Minor in Spanish from California State University Los Angeles. At Cal State LA, I was a member of the honors college and had the privilege of being the elected class speaker at graduation. My educational journey then led me to Cornell University, where I pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and completed my Dietetic Internship. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working at prestigious institutions such as Stanford Medicine and the University of California San Francisco. These experiences have solidified my commitment to optimizing nutrition and lifestyle for individuals seeking to enhance their health markers.

My mixed Venezuelan-American heritage and upbringing in Los Angeles have not only made me bilingual in Spanish but have also given me a deep appreciation for diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about empowering my clients and their support systems to recognize the pivotal role nutrition plays in achieving their best lives. I bring a strong drive for research and results, complemented by an unwavering work ethic and meticulous organizational skills to my practice. All I ask of my clients is readiness and willingness to embark on this transformative journey together.

In my private practice, I am dedicated to working closely with you to develop tangible nutrition and lifestyle goals. I understand that improving nutrition is a significant commitment that may require time and effort. Rest assured, I am here to provide unwavering support, kindness, and actionable steps. Together, we will navigate the path to better health, one step at a time.

Beyond my professional life, I'm an avid world traveler, with adventures spanning 18 countries. Growing up as the daughter of a jazz musician and a medical interpreter has given me a unique perspective that combines my passion for the arts with a deep understanding of healthcare. In my cherished San Francisco Bay Area home, I share my life with my beloved dog, Frida Kahlo. When I'm not debunking the latest nutrition myths, you'll find me immersed in a novel or enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors. Let's connect and explore how we can make your nutritional goals a reality!
