I am a Registered Dietitian with over 17 years of experience helping people feel their best through real, balanced food. I earned my Master's degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond in 2008. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings - including tribal health, hospitals, personal training and functional nutrition - which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how food, movement and mindset work together it support true wellness.
My approach goes beyond surface-level solutions. I am passionate about getting to the root cause of health issues so my patients can finally experience lasting energy, improved digestion, balanced hormones and overall vitality. I enjoy breaking down science-based nutrition into simple, practical terms that busy adults can apply every day. I believe in the power of real food - not fads, quick fixes or restrictions - to help people prevent and manage illness naturally.
Faith plays a meaningful role in my life and my work. I love studying the Bible and connecting biblical principles to how we nourish ourselves in today's modern food culture. It reminds me daily that food is a gift meant to sustain, heal and bring people together.
Outside of work, I am a mom to two very active boys who keep me constantly on the go. As a family, we love to travel, bike, fish and play any outdoor game we can. I am also a lifelong learner who loves to read, explore new ideas and challenge myself through running. One of my personal goals is to complete a half marathon in all 50 states - a journey that combines my love for health, travel and perseverance.
One of the greatest joys of my career is hearing patient testimonies - stories of people who finally feel vibrant, confident and healthy again. My favorite stories are from women who are able to conceive simply by changing their lifestyle and restoring balance through nutrition. Those moments remind me why I do what I do - to help people live their best lives, naturally.
"As a Registered Dietitian, I help busy adults eat balanced, real-food meals that fit their lives. I break down science-based nutrition into simple, practical steps so people rely less on medication and more on food as medicine. My goal is to get to the root cause of health issues, prevent illness and empower lasting change through real, nourishing food."
