Hi, I’m Ana Beatriz Martin, MS, RDN, and I’m passionate about helping people use nutrition to feel healthier, stronger, and more confident in their daily lives.
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University and completed my Dietetic Internship at UCSF Medical Center, where I gained experience in adult and pediatric inpatient care, critical care, and outpatient settings. In Brazil, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, graduating top of my class. I also completed specialized training in maternal and child nutrition, weight management, and evidence-based programs through NBE Academy to refine my practice and stay current with the latest in nutrition science.
Over the years, I’ve worked with patients across hospitals and outpatient programs, from intensive care units to pediatrics. Alongside my clinical training, I bring over five years of research experience in nutrition. These combined experiences have taught me that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re managing a health condition, rebuilding your health, or simply wanting to feel better in your daily life, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you with care and compassion in a collaborative approach.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out, traveling, cooking, and exploring new cuisines. Having trained in both Brazil and the U.S., I bring a multicultural perspective that helps me connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
I chose this profession because I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition can transform health outcomes. Growing up as the second oldest of six siblings, food and family traditions were always central to my life. That early experience shaped my belief that nutrition is not only about health, but also about connection and quality of life. My goal is to equip clients with the knowledge and tools to feel their very best and If you’re ready to start, I’d love to be part of your journey.
"I combine evidence-based care and clinical expertise with a personalized approach to help clients create lasting, realistic changes. I see nutrition counseling as a conversation and flow, not just instructions. My goal is to empower clients with strategies that fit their health needs, culture, and lifestyle, so that change feels supportive, sustainable, and transformative."
