After receiving my Master’s degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Michigan, and my RD license, I have been having a blast helping all my friends with improving their body composition. I went to college on a basketball scholarship and later in my life, took up Ironman racing where I qualified for the Ironman World Championships 5 consecutive years.
