I take a comprehensive, science-backed approach, focusing on the foundational pillars of health—nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement—to help you achieve sustainable, long-term results.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you could do more to optimize your health and unlock your highest level of vitality, you’re in the right place. I provide personalized, functional nutrition strategies that go beyond the basics, equipping you with the tools and knowledge you need to take control of your well-being and thrive.

Are We the Right Fit?

What You Can Expect from Me

-A solid foundation for your long-term health and wellness.

-Open communication—no fluff, just real, science-backed advice.

-Honest feedback to keep you on track.

-Encouragement—but I’m not a cheerleader; I’ll push you to take action.

We would be an excellent fit if you say “yes” to any of these:

-You’re struggling with brain fog, fatigue, midsection weight gain, or hormonal imbalances.

-You’re active but not seeing the results you want.

-You’re trying to get pregnant, are currently pregnant, or newly postpartum.

-You feel confused about nutrition and want clear, customized guidance to reach your goals.

-You’re open minded and willing to show up regardless of bumps along the way.

-You need structure, accountability, and expert support.

-You’re ready for a premium service that guarantees results when applied properly.

We won’t be a good fit if:

-You want a cookie-cutter diet plan.

-You’re looking for a quick fix instead of a sustainable lifestyle change.

-You’re not willing to invest in necessary supplements to support your goals.

-You refuse to run lab tests (if needed) that may not be covered by insurance.

-You are not willing to purchase whole food based groceries in order to support your goals and plan.

If you’re ready to invest in yourself and take your health to the next level, let’s connect!

A little bit about me:

My journey into nutrition and wellness began with professional culinary training as a chef and pastry chef, where I developed a deep understanding of food beyond its flavors—focusing on its impact on health and well-being. I even owned my own bakery specializing in customized, allergy-friendly baked goods.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado. With nearly 23 years of experience in the hospitality and nutrition industries, I have spent the last 13 years as a Registered Dietitian, working across prominent hospitals, schools, private practice, and top online health and wellness platforms. This diverse background allows me to blend science-based nutrition with practical, real-world application, ensuring my clients receive both expert guidance and realistic strategies for long-term success.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping in the mountains and walking on the beach, exploring nature as a way to recharge and stay active. I believe that our bodies should move daily and am a strong advocate for strength training. I also love experimenting in the kitchen, constantly refining recipes and creating innovative, nutrient-dense meals that also taste amazing! Additionally, I am passionate about homeschooling my daughter, fostering a love for learning through a hands-on, personalized approach.
