I am a Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters of Public Health for Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University in CA. I'm clinically trained in nutrition care at Loma Linda University Medical Center. I have worked as a Nutrition Educator in Honduras and Mozambique. I apply an evidenced-based gentle nutrition approach to help individuals foster a healthy and joyful relationship with food while promoting enjoyable movement.
I love learning about all aspects of nutrition while exploring new flavors and culinary experiences from diverse cultures. I enjoy playing volleyball with friends, going for a run, and sharing meals with my family. Food is more than nutrition, it is social, brings out emotions, and food should be enjoyed.
