Hi, I’m Allison, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Georgia. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in nutrition counseling, helping clients create sustainable, personalized approaches to wellness through food and lifestyle changes.
I believe deeply in the body’s capacity to heal when supported by a nourishing diet and mindful daily habits. My counseling style focuses on empowering individuals to enjoy healthful, satisfying meals that fit their unique preferences and routines. I specialize in plant-forward eating (Mediterranean/DASH/Plant based), inflammation, gut health, metabolic health, and mindful eating practices. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with food in a way that feels intuitive, enjoyable, and healing. Whether you’re looking to manage a chronic condition, improve digestion, or simply feel your best, I’m here to guide you with compassion and evidence-based strategies that work for your life.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me cooking, traveling, practicing yoga, hiking, or skiing in the mountains. I also cherish spending time with my family and finding new ways to bring balance and joy into everyday life.
"I partner with clients to heal and strengthen gut and heart health using a realistic, whole-person approach. Together, we focus on nourishing foods, lifestyle shifts, and building a positive relationship with food and bodyβwithout diets or guilt. My goal is to empower you with tools and confidence so you can feel better, boost energy, and enjoy lasting health from the inside out."
