I have always been an athlete in the sense that I strive for my body to be capable of the things I ask from it. Whether taking part in strenuous hobbies or the constant movement of work and family rhythms, we ask a great deal from our body daily. Achieving a state of healthy living allows us more freedom to enjoy our passions and relationships to the fullest extent.
Healthy living and understanding how to nourish the body well created a passion for nutrition as a science. The more I learn about food as the best preventative medicine for a long, functional life, the more my desire grows to help others establish the habits and routines needed to achieve these successful outcomes.
Weight loss, cardiac health and blood sugar management are the areas I have spent a great deal of time working alongside patients and clients to achieve lasting results. I teach strategies, not quick fixes. My expertise is always tailored to individual goals and health priorities. Many of my clients have overcome battles with emotional and stress eating and reduced or removed their gut sensitivities implementing nutrition strategies and healthier routines. Removing barriers in your health will bring to focus a holistic comfort, confidence and joy to life.
