Background
I am a passionate masters educated, registered and licensed dietitian with a certification in the Low-FODMAP diet. I am currently working at a large Chicago-based hospital and have worked with a diverse client population including pediatrics, pregnancy and postpartum, oncology, endocrine disorders including diabetes, weight management, eating disorders, autoimmune diseases, kidney disease, and cardiovascular disease. My clients can expect to walk away from our sessions with individualized nutrition-focused goals, a new understanding of food and how it impacts our body and mind, and a partner in their health journey. While I am not working with clients, I enjoy reading, making music, and spending time with family!
