Allison received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science at Cornell University and completed her dietetic internship at Wellness Workdays. As a non-diet dietitian, Allison's goal is to help you achieve your health goals through learning key aspects of balanced nutrition for you and your body. In your initial session, Allison's goal is to learn more about you and your background. You will discuss your nutrition and medical histories, your relationship with food, your current activity & lifestyle, your key nutrition concerns, and any relevant lab work you may have (if applicable). From there Allison will work with you to evaluate what role food plays in your life and develop goals to improve your health and help you feel your best!
