Alicia Connor here! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Chef with a passion for helping busy people find balance through systems. Before becoming a dietitian, I spent 16 years working as a chef, where I learned firsthand the value of meals that are satisfying and time-saving. My background allows me to bridge the gap between nutrition science and real-life demands of simple cooking methods.
After completing my undergraduate degree in Dietetics, I went on to earn my Master’s in Family and Consumer Sciences. My graduate project focused on the perception of support in weight loss, which deepened my interest in how encouragement and community impact long-term success. Today, I continue to center my work on building sustainable systems that prioritize health with ease.
I take a mindfulness-based, non-judgmental approach to nutrition counseling—meeting you where you are and creating personalized strategies that help prevent burnout. My insatiable curiosity about cultures, the body, and the many ways food connects us keeps me inspired to find solutions that feel practical, enjoyable, sustainable, and keep my soul nourished.
I’m also a diversity and inclusion advocate, committed to making nutrition support accessible and welcoming for all. Through Quick & Delish Life, my online community, I offer the Life Cup Accountability Program and monthly live sessions on topics ranging from simple meal planning to mindfulness. These programs combine evidence-based nutrition, flexible planning, and Quick & Delish recipes to help you build confidence and rhythm in your health journey.
At the heart of my work is a simple drive: to help you create a nourishing relationship with food that supports both your well-being and your everyday life.
