Hi! I’m Ahuva, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and an experienced educator for the past 15 years. I combine my expertise in nutrition science and passion for education to motivate and teach my clients to embrace a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
I believe in a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on individual needs and preferences. I incorporate whole foods nutrition and address lifestyle factors including sleep, stress and movement. Most importantly, I emphasize nourishment over restriction to help clients find a balanced approach to food.
I work with diverse populations including individuals with diabetes, weight issues, high cholesterol, hypertension, liver and gut issues, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and disordered eating. I am specifically passionate about women’s health and supporting women throughout the lifecycle.
In my practice I use conventional medical nutrition therapy in combination with root-cause analysis. This way we treat the body as a whole and look for reasons for imbalances rather than only treating symptoms. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and tools to create sustainable healthy habits and to embrace a lifestyle of lasting wellness to thrive and live your best life!
"As a Registered Dietitian I use nutrition, lifestyle intervention and education to bring balance, vitality and wellness to clients through a personalized, whole-body approach. I emphasize nourishment versus restriction and whole-foods nutrition. I Iove integrating both conventional and functional nutrition methods to help you thrive!"
