Background

Hi, I’m Adrianna Calabro—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people build a balanced, sustainable, and positive relationship with food. I believe nutrition should feel approachable, personalized, and supportive—not overwhelming or one-size-fits-all. When we work together, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where your goals, preferences, and lifestyle are at the center of everything we do.

I earned my Master of Science degree from the University at Buffalo—go Bills! Before becoming a dietitian, I worked in the service industry for years, helping people meet their everyday needs. I found deep satisfaction in that work and realized I could use that same fulfillment to support people in a more personalized approach. With a lifelong love of cooking and food, nutrition just felt like the perfect path to dive into.

In my practice, I specialize in mindful and intuitive eating, women's health, digestive concerns, and weight-inclusive care. Whether you're navigating hormone changes, chronic bloating, emotional eating, or feeling stuck in the diet cycle, I am here to help guide you toward sustainable habits that align with your values. My approach is all about small, meaningful changes and letting go of perfection.

Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find me in a yoga studio (hot yoga is my favorite), hiking a new trail, or experimenting with recipes in the kitchen. I love baking, reading, and spending time in nature.

Becoming a dietitian wasn’t just a career move—it was a way to align my passion for service and food into a life of helping others thrive. I would be honored to support you on your journey and look forward to walking beside you, as you redefine what well-being means for you.
