Abigail Ousouljoglou, MS, RD, is a dedicated performance dietitian with a strong background in collegiate and professional sports nutrition. Abigail provides individualized nutrition support to athletes, helping them optimize performance, recovery, and overall health. Her work spans a wide range of responsibilities, from developing personalized fueling strategies to addressing complex nutritional concerns such as GI issues, food allergies, and micronutrient deficiencies.
Prior to her role at FSU, Abigail honed her skills as a Sports Nutrition Fellow at the University of Tulsa, where she led small group sessions, managed fueling operations, and collaborated on travel nutrition planning for football athletes. Her earlier experience includes working with the New York Jets, where she supported elite-level athletes in areas such as hydration, weight management, and daily fueling logistics. These roles, coupled with her time in customer-facing environments like Life Time Fitness, have shaped her ability to communicate effectively, build trust with diverse populations, and maintain high standards of organization and professionalism.
Abigail holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Saint Elizabeth University, where she completed a comprehensive dietetic internship with a concentration in community and public health nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta, where she was a collegiate soccer player and active member of several nutrition-focused organizations. A lifelong athlete with a passion for sports performance, Abigail combines her personal experience with her professional expertise to deliver practical, results-driven nutrition strategies. She is CPR certified and an active member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA), committed to continuous learning and innovation in the field of sports nutrition.
