After sessions with me, clients leave feeling supported and empowered to confidently make healthier, balanced food choices every day. I help clients set clear goals and milestones that gradually evolve into effortless, healthy habits.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and a master’s degree in exercise physiology. With three years of experience as a registered dietitian, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse settings—from supporting athletes in Major League Baseball and Division 1 collegiate sports to providing nutrition care for hospital patients in ICU, medical-surgical, and oncology units. My diverse experience enables me to confidently work with clients from all backgrounds and with a wide range of goals.
I used to compete in powerlifting and still hold the Ohio state deadlift record, so I’ve seen firsthand how proper nutrition can impact both performance and everyday life. I became a dietitian to learn how to fuel my own goals, but along the way, I discovered a true passion for helping others feel their best through balanced, science-based nutrition.
"My goal is to help motivated individuals build a balanced relationship with food. I center my approach on empowering clients instead of just educating them. Rather than offering meal plans or quick fixes, I provide realistic, science-based guidance focused on sustainable, long-term progress over perfection."
