Background

Working with me means learning how to fuel your body effectively, build lasting habits, and feel confident in your food choices. After our first session, clients can expect to have clear, achievable goals and a plan for how I’ll support and keep them accountable along the way.

I became a dietitian after years as a lifelong athlete, discovering firsthand how proper nutrition fuels performance—and along the way, I found a true passion for helping others feel their best. I earned my BS in Nutrition and MS in Exercise Physiology, giving me a strong foundation in both science-based nutrition and how the body moves and performs.

Since graduating, I’ve had the opportunity to work with elite athletes in Major League Baseball and at a Division 1 college, gaining firsthand experience in optimizing performance through nutrition. I then transitioned into clinical nutrition, supporting patients in preventing and managing chronic, nutrition-related diseases. This combination of performance and medical experience allows me to bring a well-rounded, practical, and science-based approach to every client I work with.

When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me weightlifting, rock climbing, or exploring the outdoors on a hike. If you’re ready to take control of your health, build confidence with food, and make lasting changes, I’d love to work with you—let’s get started today!

Approach

"I take a science-based approach to nutrition, but everything I do is shaped around your real life—your schedule, preferences, and goals. I empower clients with the knowledge and skills to make confident, lasting food choices that work long after our sessions end. I love working with people who are ready to learn, put in the effort, and create meaningful changes in their health and life."
