Background

Hi, I’m Aaron, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for helping people transform their lives through health. I believe true wellness begins with connection—understanding your story, your challenges, and your goals—so together, we can build a plan that fits your life.

My path to dietetics is deeply personal. As a teenager, I struggled with my weight and experienced firsthand the power of sustainable change. That journey sparked my love for nutrition and exercise, leading me to study exercise science before pursuing dietetics. My foundation in personal transformation gives me a unique sense of empathy and perspective when guiding others.

Professionally, my career began in hospital intensive care units, including at Mayo Clinic, where I developed an advanced understanding of the human body and how interconnected every system is. I later transitioned into outpatient care, where I’ve had the privilege of helping clients improve their nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management through evidence-based practices and mindset coaching.

My approach blends empathy with empowerment. I use faith-based principles, science-backed nutrition, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients make lasting, meaningful change. When you work with me, expect to laugh, feel seen, and leave every session feeling supported and inspired.

Helping people change their lives through health isn’t just my profession—it’s my purpose.
