Background

I’m an RD with a passion for nutrition optimization. My goal is to empower people to rise to their highest potential, and to live the life they envision for themselves. Together we navigate challenges, barriers and misinformation to create goals and an action plan that generates results. Each person I connect with has their own unique story, so each plan I create is customized to the individual.

I primarily work with folks who are hoping to change their body composition: lose weight, reduce body fat, or increase muscle mass. But I also have a strong love for helping folks improve energy, healthspan, and other measures of health like cholesterol, blood sugar and inflammation. Long distance running is a passion of mine, so performance nutrition, especially for endurance sports, is something that lights me up.

What working with me could look like: During your initial session we’ll work together to create your nutrition roadmap. It’ll contain recommendations for calories and macronutrients. We’ll also set goals, create an action plan and talk about specifics like foods to target. From there, you’ll start chipping away at our micro-goals and we’ll stay in touch between follow-up sessions so you feel supported and accountable. Follow-up sessions are all about strategy. We’ll talk about your wins, your challenges and plan for any curve balls that life may throw your way. Working together might also include tools to help you along your journey like recipe ideas, nutrition tracking, or specific guidance for a medical condition or an event you’re training for.

Credentials: I earned my B.S. in Dietetics from San Francisco State University in 2015. After working in clinical research at Stanford University, I moved on to earn my RDN credential and complete my dietetic internship at Cornell University and have been a practicing Registered Dietitian since 2017.
